Speech Day 2003 - NSSSB

...we played Ghost Fleet & Tales of the sea that afternoon...

For the first time in Northland's history, there's only one item for Speech Day this year... Maybe because of the SARS outbreak, schools are encouraged not to hold functions that involve alot of people, I guess.

Little did we know that, actually there aren't any items this year. However, our guest-of-honour, Ms Koh Sauk Keow (our ex-principal) requested that the Band play for the Speech Day performance. According to the HODs in charge of the Speech Day, Ms Koh likes our Band very much, and upon knowing this, the entire Band was very surprised.

Looking back, I remembered seeing her taking time to attend our exchange concert the previous year. Hereby, I'd like to thank Ms Koh for her support and would like to wish her a,"Happy retirement!"
